Xmas eve (Unusal day) - Part IV; last part

Continued from previous post..

We went to youth park n ordered some satay n drinks.. Me ordered red bull, iced milo for ah hua n coffee for kelvin.. Think i muz haf been quite tipsy.. Cos i started pouring out my sorrows at work to them.. ABt de 2 evil ppl in my dept n stuff like tat..

Den we walked back for our movie @ 350am.. Managed to be on time tis time round.. De movie is quite lame n definitely pales in comparison to "yes man" it's either too boring or ah hua is too tired.. Cos she fell asleep in de midst of de show..

Though i'm tired n tipsy, managed to stay awake throughout de show.. Dun wan waste money ma.. Haha.. Show finally ended at 6am..

Parted ways wif ah hua there, cos she stay jurong west.. Took cab n send kelvin home.. Finally reached home at 7am.. Super duper tired, as it's been a long time since i stayed out so late, except while playing mahjong.. :-P

replied some sms n fell asleep.. Tiring xmas eve, but i totally enjoyed myself wif
de 2 wackos! :-P but spent a lot of money, on dinner + de 3 cab trips! Fainted! But at least i watched a free show, thanks to kelvin! :-*

Xmas eve (Unusal day) - Part III

Continued fr previous post..

Our show was for 935pm but we onli went in at 950pm. Bought a popcorn set whereby de drink is filled in a tumbler. Cute!

De show was great n jim didn't disappoint me! It's a super nice show, whereby Jim Carrey was the male lead (as always).. In the 1st part of the show, he was protrayed as a very difficult man, who always says "No" to people & new opportunities. After attending a seminar on how to say "Yes", his life was never the same again... It's a thought-provoking show & yet damn hilarious @ de same time.. Definitely muz-see show!

Show ended at 1130pm n de 2 of them wanted to "suprise" me n refused to tell me where we're going next -_-".

Went to 7-11, kelvin bought a pack of poker card n i bought a bottle of "for girls onli" lychee vodka, which costs me $47.90!-_-"

We took a cab n they finally revealed tat we're going sentosa. geEz! ;-D spent our countdown in de cab.. Haha.. De place we're going to is cafe del mar.

Rem tat stanley is working there so sms him. But too bad, nv meet him, as there is a $20 cover charge n de 2 of them dun seem keen.

So we went to de bridge nearby n settled down there. Nice place la, got sea breeze n music fr cafe del mar. :-P spent aBt 2hours plus there, playing dai dee, chatting n drinking (onli me, cos ah hua took 1 sip n decided she dun like de taste. Kelvin
drink will get rashes, so ya, urs truly finished de whole bottle!)

our penalty for losing dai dee is to kana photographed while "fen pai". They say is a torture cos my camera flash too power. :-D anyway i realised tat i'm quite good at dai dee wor, cos de camera onli got 2 photos of me. :-P majority is kelvin i think. Haha..

After tat went walking ard sentosa, taking photos. Ended up at de cab drop off point. Originally they wanted to haf supper at geylang but after boarding de cab we called for, they decided tat they wanna see one more movie! :-|

so changed location to cineleisure, as tat's de onli place wif double midnight show. Reached there n kelvin suggested watching "bedtime stories" by adam sandler..

Bought de tickets, whereby it's at 3.55am n it's at de 1st row.. Since we haf aBt 45min to spare, decided to go youth park, which is nearby for our supper..

Xmas eve (Unsual day) Part II

Kelvin is giving tuition n Minghua was back in office doing some work, so de task of booking tickets befalls on me. ^_^

Planned to watch "YES MAN"-requested by urs truly, cos i totally digs jim carey's show. :-D ..

After reaching home, laid out all my presents on my bed n took photos! Showed off to my mum! :-D Oso gave her a present.

Camera died on me so went to charge it. Mum managed to take a pic of me n my gifts, using my hp.

After tat spent my time checking mails n checking out where to catch movie. Chatted wif Minghua while doing so n finally decided to go GV TiOng bahru, as they wanted somewhere near town n it's de onli cinema wif reasonably good seats.

Decided to go bugis for korean food for dinner, n meet at 730pm. However, by de time i'm done checking mails n getting ready, it's oredi 715pm. In de mrt, sms them to inform my
lateness.

Turns out Kelvin is oredi home (He stays in Rochor Central) but Minghua will be late as well. So changed location for dinner at tiOng bahru plaza, so tat we'll not be so rushed.

Managed to reach at 8pm n Kelvin reached oredi as well. So we went on to collect our tickets first. Ms Tay was late n not answering call. Turns out her hp died on her . Finally managed to meet her at 820..

As there was not much time, decided to go thai express, as tat's de onli place w/o queue. Too hungry to take photos.

It's so funny, 3 of us watching movie together, all from diff dept eh? (Minghua fr TM, me fr HR, Kelvin fr WS):-D

Went in for our show, fifteen min late n it's oredi showing..

Xmas Eve (Unusal day) - Part I

Wedneday was xmas eve.

Woke up late-930am n worse of all, it was raining heavily. So decided to take cab to work but ended up waiting for almost an hour for th stupid cab... Decided to wear my new boots to work.

By de time i reached office oredi 11am. Pleasant suprise when i reached though, as there were many gifts on my desk, even fr those whom i've not bought any presents for... :-x

spent de day going ard giving presents, totally didn't do any work. At 12pm, de food for our xmas party was delivered.

Prior to tat, went to 8th floor for gift exchange. Jean, who is my angel bought me a mu-ee lighter. Cute! Took many photos! After tat I went back to office @ 4th floor for lunch.. De food is quite nice (got turkey, chocolate fondue, mee siam, siew mai etc..) but I didn't get to eat much.. cos there are like a lot of "hungry ghosts" on 4th floor..

Continued giving n receiving gifts after lunch ended.. Justin came n gave me my presents-a bottle of chivas n some body shop stuff..

Met Kelvin (Lee) downstairs while smoking n started chatting. Oso dunno wat we were chatting about & he den suggested catching a show at nite. Was quite suprised abt de suggestion cos though we're quite frenly (smoking kaki ba..), we're not chummy to de extent of going out together. :-D .. Anyway, i juz replied in affirmative tat it should be ok.. So juz exchange number & he say tat he would sms me later to confirm..
So happened tat Minghua is here in Parkview for some errands so i asked her if she would be keen to join us later for the movie (if it actually materialise..)cos i'll feel reali odd if it's juz de 2 of us.. Minghua was quite surprised initially but agreed to go wif us after much cajoling~ ^_^

Continue to Nua in office, taking photos wif some colleagues n admired all de gifts i've received, till about 3pm. Decided to pack all my gifts n bring them home, cos some of the items are like perishable. After packing den realised i've like 3 big bags of gifts~ ^_^

Was supposed to play mj at yishun so decided to take cab down as my stuff are too heavy & called for cab as there are no cabs in sight, but ended up heading for home instead, as mj kaki fly me kite (very -_-").

On my way home, received an sms from Kelvin, asking me if i wanna meet for dinner first before movie & if so, he'll be meeting me at suntec @ 7.30pm. !!

After much hesitation, decided to go ahead wif the dinner & movie "date" & informed minghua abt it as well~ Looking forward to the movie, "Yes Man"!!
