Dinner wif BF's family

Yesterday was supposed to be a birthday celebration for BF's mum. Totally forgot about it~ -_-" Think he told me last week tat Sunday we are to go dinner wif his family... No wonder yesterday noon he sms me say need to reach his place by 5pm.. lately too many things need to think about liao...

So lugging my laptop & bag, took the mrt to his place.. Managed to reach there onli @ 520pm. Went to the 4D outlet when i reached.. Saw BF's 4th auntie in the queue as well.. BF came shortly after & helped to relieve me of the heaviness of my baggages...

Went to his place to put down the stuff & proceeded to go out to dinner. Stupid sky started raining just as we started our journey... So kana caught in the rain..

The place we are going to is the "Tung Lok Seafood restaurant @ the Arena Country Club". It's located in the West area..Somewhere near to Jurong / Boon Lay / Tuas.. Supposed to be a chinese food ala-carte buffet style. The price per pax is $28.80 ++ & you muz haf min 4 pax to enjoy the buffet... There are 6 of us in total (BF, me, mother, father, sister & brother-in-law) as BF's elder brother doesn't wanna go... Reached there about 630pm & started ordering the food..

Well.. I am quite disappointed in the food served.. Not exactly tat nice & some of the prawns & crabs served are like uncooked... The salmon sashimi is quite fresh though... We ordered about 4 servings in total...
But i like the fried & steamed man tou, and the desserts are quite nice, especially the cream puff... The servings are quite huge but the variety is quite miserable.. Still prefer the other restaurants that I've been to (i.e. Riverview Hotel, Excelsior Hotel, RELC Hotel etc)

Juz realised that my taste bud is quite similar to BF's sister ^_^ Both of us ordered 2nd & 3rd helping of the Man Tou & the cream puff & the muah-chee thingy~~

Finished our dinner @ around 9pm.. All of us are very very full... Went back to BF hse & read papers.. After tat went to bed ard 10pm.. Feeling so sleepy after all the food...
