this noOn, Nga wOOn & Bee Lian toOk me out for my farewell lunch, together with Anthea & dear fren... Nga wOOn is the "good bOss" i am always talking about.. She has reali helped me alOt during my time here, requesting for a laptop for me, proposing a high increment for me for these 2 yrs.. tOO bad she is nOt my direct boss. If she is, I guess I would nOt have decided to leave the cOmpany oredi (",)
anyway she gave a few options for me to choose: "Zi Ran" Restaurant @ Redhill, Prime Revolving Restaurant.. bUt @ dear fren's suggestion, I decided on hOnjin Japanese Restaurant @ Chow House (Tanjong Pagar. Made a reservation for 5 peeps @ 1245pm. @ 1225pm, we toOk Nga Woon's car & reached there ard 1250pm.
1st time i have been there.. very nice ambience, very authentic "Jap" settings. We were shown to the 2nd level in a small partitioned area... 1st loOk @ the menu.. Wah!~~ Quite expensive wor.. hahha... ordered some sashimi (4 slices - Maguro & salmon) as starters for myself.. the rest dun wan (Anthea & BeeLian dun wan to eat, dear fren cannot eat, Nga Woon dun take raw food).. my 1st bite (",).. is like heaven~ thick slice of fresh sashimi~ Can understand why it is much more expensive than Sakae Sushi (fresh, sweet & very QQ feeling).. Hmmm...very contented.
Our food finally arrived after like 20 mins.. toOk some fotOs & started digging into our sumptuous food.. Anthea & Nga Woon ordered some Udon, Bee Lian ordered a Tempura set, flat fish & fried tofu (sharing), dear fren ordered unagi set & I ordered sukiyaki beef set. After finishing the food (very very full & contented), we ordered desserts (some very nice cakes ~ forgot to take photo for these) Finally, we called for the bill ($200++).. got a call during lunch: My dear uncle Roy (Finance) wanted to "date" me tmr for my farewell lunch! (Korean fOod i heard)~~ So lunch for tmr is settled (",).. Supposed to meet PK & Sidney for lunch tmr but will be postponing to next Monday (my official last day!!) loh... cOs rOy say muz give him priOrity ma.. hahaha
after lunch went back to wOrk.. all the way until nOw lo.. gOing back home liaO.. office only left me & ramesh & sidney.. & they threatening to leave me alOne here... scary!! Ok~~ phOtOs taken during my farewell lunch!!
