Yesterday I was on leave~~ bUt nOt to play k!! I went for training which is organized by my new company...@ International Building. soOOOo tired can!!
My new company HR Manager (Jac) very funny... she keep changing the timing.. at first ask me to report to the office (Bugis) @ 8am den change to 830am. Wah~ Very stressed. I took train @ 750am and reached the office @ 835am. From my place to the new workplace is 45min! Still ok.. Better than my current one lo..
When i reached, Jac told me that the training actually starts @ 930am. (-_-") So we set off to IB & reached there @ 9am. So went for breakfast (Kaya toast, eggs & ice coffee), courtesy of Jac. The training is on payroll & leave system. My new co is using HRIQ system, supposedly easier than SAP (which is wat I am using @ current company). Hope i will be able to handle ba ^_^. We haf a lunch break @ 12pm till 120pm (Haf Jap food @ IB - quite ex..). Turns out tat Jac & Hui Ping (new colleague) both loves Jap food as well! *_* After lunch, went back for training till 4pm.
Jac has just moved house to Woodleigh Condo (@ Potong Pasir) and invited me & Hui Ping to visit her place. So off we went in a cab & reached her place @ 420pm. She treated us to some mango sorbet (made herself) & cheesecake (baked herself). Seems like she is a very good baker (",) and she was saying that when i joined the company, she will be making lots of goodies for us! (Shish~ hope i dun put on weight man!!) Haf a nice chat on what I will be expecting from the new company etc. Then she showed us ard the condo (she is a plant person) and finally I left for Potong Pasir MRT to go City Hall to meet up with some dear soon-to-be ex colleagues!!
Met up with Yu Jian, Johan & my dear Fiona for my 2nd farewell dinner this week: Mushroom Pot Steamboat @ Millenia Walk. Was late for a bit (Sorry guys & ger!), reached @ 650pm. Wow.. Turns out all 4 of us dunno where the exact location is~~ Walked from City Hall MRT -> Marina Square -> Millenia Walk Interior -> Mushroon Pot
Total spent abt half an hour walking in circles!! All of us were so tired & hungry when we finally found the place. But I muz say tat it is reali worth it!
The food is super nice & fresh!~~ Finally found a Bun kaki (JOHAN) who share my love for fried Man Tou & fatty pork kaki (YU JIAN) who dun mind eating San Cheng Rou (3 layer pork meat)!!^_^ jOhan & me keep ordering the man tou (unlimited serving ma!) and my dear fren (FIONA) keep getting teased by us! next time if u wanna force fiona to eat man tou, muz ask Johan along =P (ask fiona why lo..hehe)
Johan, if you are reading this: the peeled PRAWNS taste really sweet leh!! =) We very jialat... onli concentrate on eating..forgot to take fotos until the end! (Photos will be uploaded shortly) And during the dinner rite.. Got a grp of ang mos sitting next to our table, got 1 very "shuai" can!! den he dropped his menu ma.. de Johan helped him pick up.. Oei~ why never give me chance!! hahahaha...
